Strategic international expansion with RECONAL – project supported by funding

We are proud to announce the realization of a prestigious project within the framework of the Eastern Poland Operational Program, Priority Axis I “Entrepreneur of Eastern Poland”, Measure 1.2 “Internationalization of SMEs” for the Rzeszow-based company Reconal. Thanks to this funding, it was possible to develop a comprehensive strategy for expansion into foreign markets, strengthening the company’s position in Poland, North America and Western Europe.

Key elements of implementation:

1️⃣ Trilingual website .

We created a modern website in three languages, tailored to the specifics of the European, American and Canadian markets. Adapting the content and SEO to the different languages was a challenging process, but we were able to achieve optimal structure and functionality.

2️⃣ Enhanced Accessibility (Accessibility Menu) ♿️

We have implemented solutions to increase the accessibility of the site to make it user-friendly for all users, regardless of their needs. This is a step toward a more inclusive Internet and meeting international accessibility standards.

3️⃣ Expansion strategy and web presence .

The project included the implementation of a comprehensive expansion strategy to help RECONAL build a strong online presence. We developed effective marketing activities that will allow the company to effectively reach customers in new markets.

4️⃣ SEO and conversion optimization .

Through thorough SEO optimization, we have ensured high performance of the website and improved its visibility in search engines. This includes:

  • Optimization of loading speed,
  • Architecture for key phrases, aligned with the expansion strategy,
  • Increased conversions, thanks to an optimized site structure.

5️⃣ Canadian market analysis .

We conducted a study of the Canadian market, identifying the best key phrases and analyzing the competition to ensure an effective and tailored marketing strategy.
