As part of this project, we prepared a marketing strategy for Dobry Dom Invest, a brand operating in home construction and comprehensive residential investment services. The work included competitor analysis, social media analysis and a UX/UI audit of the website to determine how the brand could build trust, present its offer and acquire customers more effectively.

We focused on organising the brand’s positioning, offer communication and the way the home-building process is presented. In an industry where the customer decision carries high financial and emotional value, it was essential to show the brand’s advantages in a credible, clear and sales-supporting way.

The competitor analysis helped identify how the brand could differentiate itself from local contractors and construction companies. The social media analysis showed opportunities to build expertise and relationships with audiences through educational content, completed projects and consistent communication.

The result was a strategy and a set of recommendations that organised the direction of communication, digital activities and website development as an important sales tool.
