What we did

We create extraordinary things with extraordinary people.

As part of this project, we developed a brand strategy for Befard that became the foundation for the company’s international expansion. The process included strategic workshops, value proposition development, competitor analysis, brand narrative creation, and the design of sales funnels and marketing campaign concepts.

Based on the strategy, we created a keyword structure and information architecture for 5 markets: Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and France. We then designed the website in Figma, tailoring the communication to different target audiences and stages of the customer journey.

The website was developed using a Headless CMS architecture powered by Tailwind CSS and Next.js. After completing the development phase, we conducted functional and performance testing, implemented SEO-optimized content, migrated the website to both .pl and .com domains, and configured Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

The result was a modern, fast, and scalable website built for international SEO. The platform achieved a 99/100 GTMetrix score, and after launch, the client recorded a growth in organic traffic, along with an increase in conversions confirmed by internal business data.

The client was satisfied with the results and provided us with a reference letter.
